Study for the physiological ecology of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) in wastewater anaerobic treatment reactor ranks as one of the world-leading projects in recent years. Its achivement will be quite useful for improving the treatment capability of sulfate-laden wastewater, and will be valuable for the application of microbial physio-ecology theory. In this study, continuous-flow and batch tests were conducted in an acidogenic sulfate-reducing reactor supplied with molasses wastewater as single electron donor. Quantification of affecting ecological factors including pH value, oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), alkalinity (ALK) and sulfate-loading was brought forward. New theries of "acetic-acid type metabolism" and "acetic-acid type climax community" were presented. The ecological role of SRB population and its realized nitch were investigated. The formation of climax community and its ecological succession were analyzed as well. In addition, optimal ecological conditions for SRB and other anaerobes in such a anaerobic wastewater treatment system could be established according to the experimental results. This study offered a creationary ways and means for the research of wastewater treatment.
量化厌氧反应器中硫酸盐还原菌的限制性生态因子的强度,探讨其最佳的实现生态位,人为创建厌氧菌群协同工作的最佳生境,初步建立硫酸盐还原菌的生理生态学理论.硫酸盐还原菌的生理生态学研究属国际前沿课题,本研究提出的研究方法与思路具有创新性,对完善厌氧微生物生理生态学理论,提高特种废水的处理水平和能力有显著的理论意义和应用价值.
