中国历代政区演变脉络、变更机制与社会经济基础研究

Administrative division has an effect on the country's long-term stability and the efficiency of public administration. The evolution of administrative division is an important research area in political geography and historical geography. Based on the development pattern of administrative division, population, agriculture, economy, war, natural disasters and other basic data of various historical periods, this project provides a comprehensive analysis of changes along the history in administrative division about hierarchy establishment, span of management, capitals option and borders. It explores administrative division in various historical periods and pays attention to the significant changes and adjustments in the development process. Combined with the socio-economic development basis, natural environmental changes and natural disasters, it also analyzes the forming reasons for the spatial pattern of ancient administrative division. Using ArcGIS spatial analysis techniques, we explore the changes and inheritance of administrative divisions during the dynasties process. It can achieve successive visualization in changes of administrative divisions and data sharing by WebGIS. It also analyzes the advantages and the successful experience of the various changes and inheritance, and summarizes the development of mechanisms and laws of the administrative divisions of the ancient evolution. Combined with the outstanding problems of contemporary administrative divisions that exist in our development pattern, we put forward the general idea of the reform of administrative divisions and top-level design to make administrative divisions standardized and scientific.

行政区划的合理设置关系到国家的长治久安和行政管理的效率，行政区划发展演变是政区地理学和历史地理学的重要研究内容。本项目在系统整理各个历史时期行政区划发展格局、人口、农业、经济、战争、自然灾害等基础数据的基础上，全面分析历代行政区划的层级设置、管理幅度、首都选择以及边界的变化，探讨各个历史时期的行政区划设置及其发展过程中的重大变动和调整，结合当时的社会经济发展背景、自然环境变迁和重大自然灾害分析历代行政区划空间格局形成的原因。综合运用ArcGIS空间分析技术，探讨朝代更迭过程中行政区划变动态势及承接方式，通过WebGIS实现历代行政区划变迁的可视化与数据共享，分析各种变动和承接方式的优点及其成功经验，总结我国历代行政区划发展演化的机理，归纳历代行政区划发展演变的规律。结合我国当代行政区划发展格局中存在的突出问题，确定我国行政区划改革的总体思路及顶层设计，指导我国行政区划设置的规范化与科学化。
