Taxodiaceae is an important population in Gymnosperm.The purpose of this project to research chimical constituent and bioactivity of Taxodiaceae which are distributed in the central China.Because this region was not greatly affected by Quaterary glaciation, many"relict" plant of Taxodiaceae have survived to the present day.The research result are as follows:(一). Chemical constituent. Some flavonoids are isolated from Glyptostrobus pensilis (staunt.)Koch. Among them four flavonoids are quercetin with different sugar.It is found rare in nature.(二). Bioactivity1. FMG(TFM) which is total flavonoid of Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng can prevent volume-overload cardiac hypertrophy in rats. The inhibitory effects on the expression of c - Fos protein may be its mechanism in the molecular level..2. FMG can inhibit the platelet aggregation and improve the hemarheology in rats. The inhibition on 5-HT releasement,increasement of No centents of plasma and the inhibitory effect on Ca2+ may be its mechanisms.3. TFT which is total flavoniod of Taiwania flousiuna Gaussen, can inhibit the platelet apgregation and delay time on resistance of anoxia.
利用植物学、植物化学和药理学等学科的研究手段,对在药理活性初筛实验中显示出抗心脑血管疾病活性的杉科植物水松、池杉、秃杉开展化学成分研究及活性试验,为新型药用资源植物的开发利用提供理论依据。同时,结合国内外研究结果,进一步阐明杉科植物的化学特征,也为杉科植物化学系统学、生态学等研究提供化学方面的佐证。..
