Drilling and hydraulic fracturing of Coalbed methane(CBM) have a great effect on the coal roof and floor and on mine water-filled condition. There is a potential threat to the safety of coal mining in the future. In order to identify the influence of the CBM development on water inrush risks of coal mining and take corresponding measures is the key issue that should be considering for CBM exploration. Based on Chengzhuang coal mine in Jincheng mining area of southern Qinshui Basin and through a combination of hydrogeology and CBM development geology in this project, the hydrogeological condition of the CBM development zone, the CBM surface vertical well induced its strata disturbance damage, water inrush risk evaluation and its prevention and control methods in coal mining would be studied systematically by using geo-mechanical analysis, experimental study, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods. the relationship between groundwater and coal mining after CBM development is to be established, the water inrush risk in coal mining floor is to be evaluated and the influence mechanism of CBM vertical well development on coal floor water inrush is to be revealed. On this basis, the depth of the well completion should be determined according to CBM wells induced the aquifuge disturbance damage. In the water inrush risk area, the coal floor could be transformed with the utilization of CBM development wells, the repair technique in weak aquifuge area should be established to prevent water inrush accidents in the succeeding coal mining and to provide reliable geological guarantee in coal mining safety.
煤层气钻井工程和水力压裂对煤层顶底板及矿井充水条件产生影响,对未来煤炭安全开采产生潜在威胁,查明煤层气开发后对未来煤炭开采突水危险性影响,并采取相应措施,是煤层气开发必须考虑的关键问题。本项目是以沁水盆地南部晋城矿区成庄井田为依托,将水文地质与煤层气开发地质研究相结合,通过地质力学分析、实验研究和理论分析以及数值模拟计算等方法系统研究煤层气开发区水文地质条件,煤层气地面垂直井开采对地层的扰动破坏和煤炭开采突水危险性评价及其防治方法等内容,建立煤层气开发后地下水与采掘的关系,评价煤层气开发后煤炭开采底板突水危险性,揭示煤层气直井开发对煤炭开采底板突水影响机制。根据煤层气井开发对隔水层的扰动破坏情况和突水危险性确定完井深度。在有突水危险的区域利用煤层气开发井对煤层底板进行改造,建立薄弱隔水层修补技术,防治后期煤炭开采突水事故,为煤炭安全开采提供可靠的地质保障。
