建立测定大鼠胚胎及新生鼠脑组织同源转化盒基因Nkx表达水平的测定方法，复制低碘大鼠动物模型，测定低碘及正常状态下大鼠胚胎和新生鼠脑组织同源转化盒基因Nkx2.1,Nkx2.2,Nkx6.1,Nkx6.2基因表达水平，观察正常与低碘大鼠胚胎和新生鼠脑神经细胞及髓鞘细胞的分化、迁移、凋亡的情况，观察培养的神经母细胞在甲状腺激素存在与否条件下，Nkx基因表达的区别。阐明在怀孕期缺碘时，低碘和甲低对胚胎早
