面向网络媒体事件的自主式地图表达方法

Based on the comprehensive analysis of web media events, and studies how to realize self mapping method based on the web media event driven to solve contradiction between growing web media event mapping needs and cartographic software service, which is relatively professional, and poor real-time，reducing the application complexity of web media expression cartography and provideing powerful tools to realize personalized expression and temporal knowledge for web media events.The project will research the following: 1) web media event information extraction and standardization, including the category of driven events for auto mapping and semantic decriptions for senstive events of auto mapping; 2) semantic-coupling mechanism of web events and auto-carto model, including the discussion of their matching and studying mechanism and semantic description between them based on OWL; 3) auto-carto model, including category of cartographic model and its ubiquitousness and designing the framework of auto-carto model and the personalized user model to sensing the web environment; 4) the creation and management of the auto-carto services, dynamic combination of event-driven cartographic services and their creation, implementation and auto pushing of the mapping results.

基于网络媒体事件的综合分析，研究面向网络媒体事件的自主式地图表达方法，解决日益增长的网络媒体事件地图表达需求和地图制图软件服务相对专业性强、实时性差的矛盾,降低网络媒体地图表达应用复杂度，为网络媒体事件的个性化表达和时空知识发现提供有力工具。主要内容包括：（1）网络媒体事件信息抽取及标准化, 包括地图制图驱动事件的分类方法、自主标准化方法、网络事件监听技术以及网络事件知识库构建相关研究等；（2）自主地图制图模型研究，提出地图制图模型的分类与普适性，设计出自主地图制图模型的框架与结构，建立适合自主地图制图的自动感知环境的个性化用户模型等；（3）网络媒体事件的地理信息解构研究，建立网络媒体事件与自主地图制图模型的语义耦合机制，并建立自主制图模型与网络媒体事件间的语义关系描述；（4）自主地图制图服务方法研究，包括事件驱动的制图服务动态组合方法，服务快速耦合与动态组建、执行以及制图结果主动推送等。

通过四年的研究实践，本团队依据项目设计目标和技术路线，开展了项目内容的研究，主要包括针对大量日益普及的网络服务以及现实世界各类事件频发的状态，充分利用地图制图的空间可视化表达优势，提出面向网络媒体事件的自主地图表达方法，通过一体化制图流程为来自网络事件的空间地图制图提供时效性强、实用性强、具备个性化机制的制图解决方案，为应急、突发事件处理等提供及时的主动地图制图服务，降低网络地图制图应用的复杂度，建立从敏感网络媒体事件到个性化的主动式地理空间信息服务的桥梁，满足社会生产实践对于地理空间相关信息的实际制图需求，并为空间相关网络媒体事件的知识发现提供有力工具，并在房地产管理、办公用房管理地图统计等方面进行了有应用实践及推广应用。
