支持手术排程的医患双边匹配决策模型与应用研究

The doctor-patient two-sided matching problem in surgical scheduling has broad application background. It is a new topic with frontier and exploratory, which is called for urgent research in field of medical service and operation management. The main study work in this project includes: some fundamental problems in doctor-patient two-side matching, the screening method for obtaining the acceptable doctor-patient “matched pairs”, the doctor-patient two-sided matching decision model and algorithm, the adjusting method for doctor-patient two-sided matching alternative considering the disturbance factors, and some kinds of applications researches. The research purpose and significance of this project are as follows: To refine, systematically analyse and solve the key theoretical issue of doctor-patient two-side matching in surgical scheduling, to establish original two-side matching decision models, to obtain some high level research results and apply them to practice, so as to lay solid theoretical foundation for scientifical surgical scheduling, and to effectively improve the quality and efficiency of surgical scheduling.

手术排程中的医患双边匹配问题具有广泛的实际应用背景，是目前国内外医疗服务与运作管理领域迫切需要研究的新课题，具有前沿性和探索性。本项目的主要研究内容包括：医患双边匹配的若干基础问题、可行医患“匹配对”的筛选方法、医患双边匹配决策模型与算法、考虑扰动因素的医患双边匹配方案调整方法、应用研究等。本项目研究目的和意义在于：提炼并系统分析和解决手术排程中医患双边匹配的关键理论问题，建立具有原创性的医患双边匹配决策模型，取得高水平的研究成果，并在实际中获得应用，为进一步进行科学的手术排程奠定坚实的理论基础，从而有效地提高手术排程的质量和效率。

本项目研究的支持手术排程的医患双边匹配决策问题，具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。本项目能够较好地按照预定的研究计划来进行，提出了一系列医患双边匹配决策方法，并进行了若干方面的应用研究，达到了预期目标。所取得的创新性研究成果主要体现在：形成了支持手术排程的医患双边匹配问题研究的基础框架；提出了一系列具有创新性的医患初始匹配方案的确定方法；首次研究了匹配方案调整问题，并提出了有效的医患双边匹配方案调整方法。围绕本项目的研究方向和研究内容，发表和录用学术论文22篇。其中，在European Journal of Operational Research等SCI、SSCI检索的国际期刊上发表和录用论文10篇，在《系统工程理论与实践》等国内重要期刊上发表和录用论文12篇；培养博士研究生3名和硕士研究生4名。项目的完成为进行科学的手术排程奠定了理论基础，从而能够有效地提高手术排程的质量和效率；同时，弥补了以往双边匹配决策方法解决实际问题的不足，对进一步发展和完善双边匹配决策理论与方法做出了贡献。
