With the rapid development of the housing market and the continued evolution of information technology, traditional housing information transmission and service models are encountering unprecedented challenges. This imminently requires systematically studying and innovating from the aspects of a market mechanism. The purpose of this project is to research the design and operation of a housing information market mechanism through the application of experimental economics methods. Firstly, the project will survey the housing information market to collect basic research data and construct the theoretical basis which takes the market mechanism design as core. Secondly, based on the determination of four major elements (the market subjects, the market objects, the market rules and the market platform), this project will design the housing information market mechanism. Then, experimental economics methods will be used to test and optimize the housing information market mechanism. Thirdly, the project will formulate the operation plan associated with the housing information market mechanism, and use the experimental results to determine the operation opportunities, the implementation steps of the housing information market mechanism and the system of countermeasures. The achievements of this project have an important reference value on establishing and improving the housing information market, while also providing a new approach in the research field of housing information markets.
随着住房市场和新兴信息技术的快速发展,传统的住房信息传递与服务模式正在遭遇前所未有的冲击,迫切需要从市场机制层面进行系统地研究和创新。本项目利用实验经济学方法研究住房信息市场机制的设计和运行问题。首先,调研住房信息市场现状,收集研究所需的基础数据,构建以市场机制设计为核心的理论基础;第二,在确定市场主体、市场客体、市场规则和市场平台四大构成要件的基础上,设计住房信息市场机制,利用实验经济学方法对所设计的住房信息市场机制进行检验和优化;第三,制定住房信息市场机制运行方案,通过实验来确定住房信息市场机制运行的时机、步骤及应对措施体系。本项目的研究成果对建立和完善住房信息市场、提高住房市场效率有重要的参考价值,也为住房领域信息问题的学术研究探索了新路径。
