Since the society burden of psychological disease has been aggravated for years running and its morbidity presents a rising tendency, the intervening train in effective mechanism to prevent this kind of disease than to treat in the early stage to be used is a long effective mechanism. On the base of the prophase research about the task of the artistic conception, provided with the obvious effect on meditation to calm the nerves, this research will select the undergraduates as the subjects, after trained and practicing stage by stage by the task of the artistic conception, and observe the early component part and later component part of ERP through visual sense stimulating at the beginning and end period of the task of the artistic conception, and αand βrhythm, and the reaction of ERD/ERS by EEG, and at the same time explore to select the different gene through testing and detecting the genome-wide gene expression profile of peripheral blood leukocyte of the subjects by the application of gene chip technologies, and analysis the different gene's function and signaling pathways using KEGG, GO and MAS biological information database software to find its core function of the molecular mechanism. Through blank control to compare each of the differences of the different personality subjects trained and practicing at the different stages, the research will explore the effect in the similarities and differences of the task of the artistic conception between different personality people, and then clarify ERP effect and molecular mechanism relieving uneasiness of mind and body tranquilization and dispelling melancholy of the task of the artistic conception, therefore to develop a new clinical precaution for psychological disease and provide its experimental basis, rich the theory for Chinese Qigong and Traditional Chinese psychology.
心理疾病的危害日趋严重,且发病率逐年上升,社会负担沉重,长效机制应防重于治,故早期心理干预对大学生等高危人群非常重要。前期研究已证明意境作业有明显养心安神作用,本课题选择不同人格有睡眠障碍大学生为研究对象,经过意境作业培训和习练,采用视觉诱发观察意境作业前后ERP早成分和晚成分,结合EEG同步观察α节律、β节律和ERD/ERS,并应用基因芯片技术检测外周血白细胞的全基因组基因表达,并筛选差异基因,以KEGG,GO等数据库及MAS等生物信息软件,观察差异表达基因功能和信号通路,通过与空白对照组对照,比较不同人格人意境作业干预前后ERP与基因表达的差异,探索意境作业训练针对不同人格人发生作用的异同,进而阐明意境作业安神解郁作用的脑功能和分子机制及心身协同性效应机制,为临床预防心理疾病的发病开辟新的途径并提供科学实验依据,丰富中医气功学和中医心理学理论。
心理疾病的危害日趋严重,且发病率逐年上升,社会负担沉重,长效机制应防重于治,故早期心理干预对大学生等高危人群非常重要。本项目选择大学生为研究对象,经过规范的意境作业培训和训练,观察意境作业前后脑功能与基因表达的差异,阐明意境作业安神解郁的效应机制,为临床预防心理疾病的发病开辟新的途径并提供科学实验依据,丰富中医气功学和中医心理学理论。.(1)解郁的ERP效应:意境作业的负性情绪的ERP调节效应与正性和中性相比更加明显,主要调节区域为大脑前额叶皮质和顶叶皮质。其情绪调节机制可能为:先降低了躯体对强烈的负性或正性情绪的反应,后通过加强对负性情绪的处理,以摆脱负性情绪的干扰;通过弱化对正性情绪的处理,以减少其对认知资源的消耗。意境作业能较大降低高神经质人群的脑电晚正成分波幅,使之与低神经质人群趋同,针对外向型人格个体,可能具有使其安静平稳的效果。.(2)安神的EEG效应:意境作业对睡眠障碍者的敏感性较非睡眠障碍者更高。意境作业的训练有助于排除杂念,进而改善睡眠。意境作业能够改善睡眠的脑电效应体现在δ、θ、α频带前额、顶区、枕颞区的高功率表现,此外意境作业引发的认知或感觉效应,这可能与不同作业主题诱发的不同大脑功能区的反应相关。.(3)分子生物学效应:意境作业发挥效应的中间分子机制主要与免疫炎症、代谢,细胞信息交换传输,生物信息通路调节等有关。意境作业在中枢水平的机制可能是对与神经系统疾病(帕金森,痴呆,阵发性剧痛症)相关的基因具有明显的调控效应,通过调控基因SNCA(mRNA)及与其相关的LncRNA减少β淀粉样蛋白沉积,加强认知水平,同时调控基因SCN9A(mRNA)及与其相关的LncRNA改善神经之间的传导有关。此外,意境作业在外周交感水平的机制可能是对与血管病(心血管病)相关的基因具有明显的调控效应,一方面通过调控基因MYL4(mRNA),CACNA2D1(mRNA)及与其相关的LncRNA,进而介导PKA/CAMP通路,改善心肌细胞肾上腺素能信号转导和心肌收缩能力有关;另一方面通过调控基因LCLAT1(mRNA)及与其相关的LncRNA调节甘油酯代谢进程有关,发挥缓解情绪紧张的作用。
