基于用户细分的移动医疗初始信任形成机制及优化策略

Mhealth has a broad development prospect, which is of great significance to the national construction of healthy China, but its development is not satisfactory due to the user's trust. Based on this, this topic adopts a variety of methods such as questionnaire survey and experimental research and 1. Discusses the composition of users' initial trust in mhealth; 2. Study the influence factors of user initial trust and the role of adoption behavior, to reveal the formation mechanism of initial trust; 3. Realize the segmentation of mhealth user groups based on the initial trust, and provide references for the promotion of mhealth and the provision of accurate health services; 4. The research will improve the initial trust of mhealth users and provide an optimal strategy for developing mhealth. This study will form the initial trust of mhealth measurement tools, initial trust formation mechanism model, customer segmentation based on initial trust and improve the trust of mhealth APP, these results will help to promote mhealth trust issues related to theoretical research, but also provide targeted for the development of mhealth.

移动医疗具有广阔的发展前景，对于国家建设健康中国战略意义重大，但由于用户的信任顾虑导致其发展不尽人意。基于此，本课题采用问卷调研及实验研究等多种方法，1、探讨用户对移动医疗初始信任的构成成分；2、揭示移动医疗用户初始信任的形成机制；3、实现基于信任行为的移动医疗用户群细分，为推广移动医疗服务以及提供精准化健康服务提供参考；4、考察对移动医疗APP信任度有增进作用的信任线索及呈现，为发展移动医疗提供优化策略。本研究将形成对移动医疗初始信任的测量工具、初始信任形成机制模型、基于信任度分类的移动医疗潜在用户特征以及增进用户对移动医疗信任度的优化策略，这些成果将有助于推动移动医疗信任相关问题的理论研究，同时也能为移动医疗的发展提供针对性建议。

移动医疗具有广阔的发展前景，对于国家建设健康中国战略意义重大，但由于用户的信任、需求等种种原因导致其发展不尽人意。本课题通过四个部分的研究，递进深入的揭示其原因及探寻优化策略与建议。第一，通过质性研究方法构建初始信任理论模型，并形成对移动医疗初始信任的测量工具；第二，建构用户初始信任影响其采纳行为的结构模型，揭示了主观规范、感知有用、感知易用、初始信任、需求与采纳行为间的作用机制，研究发现初始信任和需求完全中介了经典TAM中感知有用对采纳行为的影响，说明其对采纳行为的重要性；第三，通过潜在类别模型（LCM）研究移动医疗用户细分，实现中医移动医疗APP使用者的用户画像，结果表明可以根据开方/咨询行为和开方金额将移动医疗用户分为潜在四类，每类用户画像特点鲜明；第四，进一步考察移动医疗细分领域的用户初始信任和采纳行为特点，得到孕妇智能胎监信任模型、儿童线上问诊影响因素、脑卒中病人慢病管理需求等。本研究既揭示了移动医疗用户各变量影响采纳行为的机制，又能为市场相关从业人员提供有价值的信息和研究结果，为推广移动医疗服务以及提供精准化健康服务提供了针对性的信息，具有学术价值和应用价值。
