Based on the Principle of Decomposition and Reconstitution, concurrent tolerance design model is to be constructed by using function-structure mapping in a recursive design methodology, also, functional tolerance design theory and method is to be extended and completed. Transferring direction of function among parts should be studied and hierarchical functional expression should be carried out by Function Constructing Matrix. Quantitative representation of geometrical functional requirement is to be studied and multi-layered tolerance-involved information model of products is to be built. Function-behavior-structure mapping is investigated to facilitate the decomposition and growth of structure, whose rationality will be subsequently validated. Recognition technology of key characteristics based on selection of DRF(Datum Reference Frame) is to be performed, and both dynamic assembly model and geometrical variations on functional surfaces are to be looked into after analyzing constraining relations among functional surfaces. On the basis of key characteristics, geometrical functional specification chains will then be constructed, leading to the auto-generation technology of 3D tolerance chain/tolerance network. Rule set for mapping of geometrical functional requirement-geometrical behavior-geometrical specification will be established and knowledge base-supported function inference method will be given to realize continuous transformations within function-structure-tolerance. A CAD-integrated prototype system for concurrent structure-tolerance design and evaluation is to be developed.
基于分解重构思想,构建基于功能-结构多步循环的并行公差设计模型,扩展并完善功能公差设计理论与方法。研究零件间的功能传递规律,构建功能构造矩阵实现产品功能的分层表达,采用产品功能分类研究几何功能需求的数量化表达方法,建立层次式含公差信息的产品信息管理模型。构建功能-行为-结构(FAB)的映射模型,实现结构的分解与生长,验证结构分解的合理性;提出基于基准选择的关键特征识别方法,揭示各功能表面之间的约束关系,建立产品的动态装配体模型及功能表面变动体的运算模型,从而构建基于关键特征的几何功能规范链,实现三维公差链/公差网络的自动生成。研究产品几何功能需求-几何行为-几何规范映射的规则集和基于知识库的功能推理方法,实现功能-结构-功能公差的连续转变,开发一套集成于CAD的结构-公差并行设计及评价原型系统。
