近空间飞行器的关键基础科学问题指导专家组调研和学术交流经费

The total funds of major research plan named “the key fundamental science problem of near space vehicle” are 190 million yuan, including the additional funds 40 million yuan. 135 cultivation projects, 26 key projects and 7 integration projects were already funded since 2007.To achieve the integration, sublimation and greatleapforward development, the major research plan guidance experts and management groups(hereinafter referred to as "expert group") should comprehensive summarize the project performance and implementation effect during the major research plan period. Then expert group should deeply analyze the influence on the corresponding field or direction due to the implementation of major research plan, as well as the domestic and overseas actuality and development tendency. They should also propose the next step of research ideas and suggestions. At the same time they should investigate and inspect the overall implementation status of the plan. The project will support the investigation and academic exchange organization activities of expert group

“近空间飞行器的关键基础科学问题”重大研究计划，总经费为19000万元，其中追加经费4000万元。2007年开始受理和资助项目，六年来资助培育项目135项、重点支持项目26项和集成项目7项，投入研究经费17840万元。为进一步集成升华、达到跨越发展的目的，重大研究计划指导专家组和管理专家组（以下简称“专家组”），要全面总结重大研究研究计划实施期内项目执行情况和实施效果，深入分析重大研究计划实施对该领域或方向的影响，以及国内外现状和发展趋势，提出下一步深入研究的设想和建议，同时要对计划总体执行情况进行调研和考察。本项目用于支持专家组的调研和学术交流组织活动。

本项目支持了重大研究计划指导专家组和管理专家组（以下简称“专家组”）的调研和学术交流组织活动。专家组全面总结了重大研究研究计划实施期内项目执行情况和实施效果，深入分析了重大研究计划实施对该领域或方向的影响，以及国内外现状和发展趋势，提出了下一步深入研究的设想和建议，同时对计划总体执行情况进行了调研和考察。并注重发挥顶层设计作用，管理工作组与之配合，认真组织了2013年到2014年度定期学术交流会，专题研讨会，专家的调研和考察等学术活动。通过学术交流和专家调研，更好地发挥了专家组顶层设计作用，对该重大研究计划的研究前沿、研究过程和研究方法做了前瞻性的指导，组织国内各项目的承担单位高质量地完成了该重大研究计划的既定目标。
