Aim on the top science journal of management science, the Journal will publish the papers with the highest level and the advantage development in management sciences. It will do: 1, improving the journal printing quality; 2, taking part in the science communing activity, deeply know the advantage of science edge; 3, prepare document of join international journal index such as SCI, SSCI ect, cooperating with the Management and Science Department of Nsfc in management sciences conference in inspect of key and important items, publish and collect the monographic study, and enlarge the effect of Natural and Science Fund Projects.

定位于国内管理科学一流学术类期刊，发表中国管理科学研究和实践的最高水平、最新进展的代表作。将在：（1）提高期刊印制质量。（2）参加学术交流活动，深入了解学科前沿。（3）进入国际检索（4）配合管理科学部对重点项目、重大项目检查中的学术交流，出版集中专题研究，扩大自然科学基金项目的影响。
