By summing-up the achievements in generalized computing theory and fuzzy sysytem and absorbing the newest achievements in decision making, we present a kind of generalized fuzzy consistent relation which conforms to the consistency of human decision making thinking. We discussed the special features for generalized fuzzy consistent, present building approaches for generalized fuzzy consistent relation in finite domain, and constructed weighing combined operation. Based upon, we present several effective intelligent decision making model and decision making methods based on generalized fuzzy consistent relation and generalized computing. Finally, we applied theory results to actual problems triumphantly, such as "Forecasting and Decision-making System in Telecom Industry" and "Zhejiang Province Continuable Development Modernization Model", developed relevant computer aid decision making software, and obtained better results.
采用广义计算机理论与决策学相结合的方法,建立符合人类决策思维心理特征的广义模糊一致关系体系,构筑智能型决策模型与决策机制,提出几种新的卓有成效的智能型综合决策方法,开发新颖的通用型计算机辅助分析软件。本研究以企、事业单位为应用背景,其研究结果有着明确而广泛的应用前景,从而具有及其重要的理论意义、现实意义和社会效益。.
