According to the demands of GAP of Chinese medicinal materials production, we have made systemic study in many aspects of Plantago asiatical L., such as supervision of the base environment, rules of its growth and development, nutrition physiology, main factors affecting output and quality and its corresponding control measures, establishment of the quality standard and so on. The results indicated, the feasible variety of high yield and good quality was Plantago asiatical L. in jiangXi, its all growth stage could be divided into seedling period, flourishing period, spike period and seed maturation period, during the course, it formed two growth centers, the flourishing upgrowth period and prosperous florescence; Nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium transferred to the growth center gradually during the developing course, the demands of N was more than P and K. The standard operation procedure of standardization cultivation of Plantago asiatical L. was also established depending on the study results, the pesticide remnant and heavy metal content in the seeds were accorded with criterion of GAP completely. Furthermore, the mensuration method of aucubin content and the quality standard of Plantago asiatical L. were founded by the way of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
通过对车前生长发育规律、营养代谢重量和土壤类型、肥料种类和数量、种源、播种期、种植密度、病虫害等因子对车前产量和质量影响的研究,阐明车前高产优质栽培原理及其调控机理,制定一套较为完善的规范化栽培技术,对发展车前生产,保障车前临床疗效,建立优质高产生产基地,促进中药材生产管理规范化的进程都具有重要意义和广阔的应用前景。
