The restoration of cerebral blood is the premesis of the reactivition of the brain.Furthermore,the effective perfusion is the key to neuroprotection.Here we study the effect of adapted-reperfusion in neroprotection.Adapted-reperfusion is the gradul reperfusion on the basis of hemodilusion and adapted to the histological changes in different time-window in cerebral ischemia. We studied:①Established the precise model of dogs adapted-reperfusion.② Monitor and analysis the changes of [K+ ] 、blood gas、hemodynamics and different reaction of cerebral tissue.Observed the changes of tectology by using Optical and electrical microscope,the damages of neuro-organelle .Meanwhile,we studied the changes of infarct areas.③Detect the contents of EAA in cerebral.Found out the effectiveness of adapted-reperfusion. ④Study the electrical changes of brain and brain stem,including EEG,BAEP. ⑤Study the influence of adapted-reperfusion on apoptosis of neuron in cerebral ischemia. ⑥Studying the short-dated and long-dated neurofunction.We found out that AR is a new perfusion method which have the neroprotective effect, more investigations about the mechenism shoud be needed.
