ITS sequences for 81 Trichoderma strains representing the sect. Longibrachiatum, Trichoderma and Pachybasium were determined and analysed. Phylogenetic analysis using DNAPARS program in PHYLIP package based on the ITS-1 sequence data distributed the tested strains of Trichoderma and Pachybasium section among two phylogenetic groups(A and B) that were supported by bootstrap values. Group A contained the sect. Trichoderma members H. aureoviridis and Hypocrea sp.. GroupB comprised four clades (B1, B2,B3,B4), clades B1, B2,,B4 contained Pachybasium section members and clade B3 contained the sect. Pachybasium members T. hamatum、T. strigosum and the sect. Trichoderma members T. asperellum、T. atroviride、T. koningii、T. viride. and Hypocrea strains T261. Results showed the sect. Trichoderma and Pachybasium was intercrossed and polyphyletic. It is suggested that the sect. Trichoderma members T. viride aggr.、T. atroviride、T. koningii aggr. would be reclassified into the sect. Pachybasium and the sect. Trichoderma.is to be redefined
木霉是一种重要微生物资源,在工农业生产上有广泛应用。以无性型形态特征为主要依据的分类系统不能反映系统发有关系。在对大量采集的木霉株及其有性型形态学研究的基础上,本项目拟用rDNA及mtDNA的序列分析研究木霉的积极守序列设计特异性引物,以建立木霉种的快速准确的鉴定检测方法。
