Based on the electrochemistry theory, a method to detect the defects of the buried pipeline coating is presented; and the features of Impedance Spectrums of different coating defects are researched. We proposed a method to estimate the coating defects based on the coefficients of the amplitudes of impedance spectrums with frequency; and developed successfully a practical instrument for the first time in the world, which can detect faults of buried pipeline coating and peel them off at the same time. We proposed one way of detecting the potential of the pipeline to soil and the ground potential gradient synthetically to estimate the coating condition, and established the pipeline-coating-soil equivalent net model, presented one real-time way to inspect coating defects on one end of the pipeline. By discussing the problem to evaluate synthetically the safety of buried pipelines' run, we established a set of synthetical evaluation system of coating and pipeline body, on the base of the detection data of detectors developed by self (synthetical detector of buried pipeline coating defects and fast detector of buried pipeline coating defects). A method to forecast the left erosion life of buried pipeline is presented.
在地面上对埋地管道的防腐层剥离检测的技术,国内外尚未解决。本项目提出了建立管道----防腐层----大地等效网络模型,从解析网络参灵敏变化的角度同时对防腐层剥离和破损进行检测的新构想。围绕这一构想,将从建模理论、传感方法,激励方式和信号处理技术等方面进行研究,其成果对于管道运行故障和工作寿命的预测具有重要意义。
