The employment of wireless sensor network for deep mine lifting equipment health monitoring is an important trend to promote the lifting equipment from safety detection to health monitoring. Our proposal mainly focuses on how to effectively transfer the health monitoring sensor network data in deep mine lifting equipment, while the cageway is narrow and enclosed and the nodes move with high-speed in the lifting container. We will combine the state estimation of deep mine lifting equipment and analytic hierarchy of wireless sensor network together to solve the following key problems. (1) Study the localization problems of the lifting equipment in the narrow and enclosed space; (2) Study the node fast routing update and opportunistic forwarding mechanism based on relay nodes competition; (3) Study the incident detection-oriented cross-layer controlling mechanisms of data congestion and other key issues, to achieve effective transmission the health monitoring wireless sensor network data in deep mine upgrade equipment. The research achievements of the proposal have great theoretical value and practical significance for safeguarding the lifting equipment’s health and safety operation.
运用无线传感器网络技术对深部矿井提升装备进行健康监测是推动提升装备从安全检测走向健康监测的重要趋势。本项目主要研究在罐道窄长封闭空间和提升容器上节点高速移动等特殊条件下深部矿井提升装备无线健康监测传感器网络的数据有效传输,采用将深部矿井提升装备状态估计与无线传感器网络分层分析相结合的方法,重点研究(1)基于节点运动状态与位置估计的罐道窄长封闭空间环境下提升容器定位方法;(2)基于中继节点竞争的快速路由更新与数据机会转发机制;(3)面向突发事件检测的数据拥塞跨层控制策略等关键问题,实现深部矿井提升装备无线健康监测传感器网络数据的有效传输。本项目研究将为保障深部矿井提升装备的健康安全运行具有十分重要的理论价值和实际意义。
