Hollow steel tube reinforced concrete columns have the advantages of open cross-section, big bending stiffness, light weight, good fire resistance performance and convenient construction. They can be applied to bridge piers, beam bridges and arch bridges in bridge structures, large diameter columns in building structures, various support columns and transmission pole towers. When they are applied to building structures, the connection issues with H-shaped steel beam will be involved. However, there is a lack of information on their static and seismic behavior of hollow steel tube reinforced concrete column to H-shaped steel beam joints. In view of this, the applicant intends to combine practical projects and establish the calculational models of the whole process analysis of sleeve-type hollow steel tube reinforced concrete column to H-shaped steel beam joints with external diaphragm under monotonic and cyclic load. A series of typical tests will be performed to verify the finite element model. The detailed analyses of the influence of important parameters including sleeve thickness, external diaphragm width, beam to column linear stiffness ratio and so on to their working mechanism and mechanical essence will be investigated. On the basis of experimental study and theoretical analysis, the practical calculation methods of the bend and shear bearing capacity, the restoring force model of load-displacement and moment-rotation will be presented. It is expected to form the corresponding design rules so that they can provide references for real buildings and design regulations.
中空钢管混凝土叠合柱具有截面开展、抗弯刚度大、自重轻、防火性能好和施工便利等优点,可应用于桥梁结构中的桥墩、梁桥及拱桥,建筑结构中的大直径柱,各种支架柱及送变电杆塔。当其应用于建筑结构中时,便涉及到与H型钢梁的连接问题,然而针对其静力和抗震性能的研究较少。鉴于此,申请人拟结合实际工程建立套筒式中空钢管混凝土叠合柱-H型钢梁外环板节点在单调和往复荷载作用下全过程分析的计算模型,并通过典型试验进行验证。采用验证过的有限元模型,细致剖析其在单调和往复荷载作用下的工作机理和力学实质,分析套筒厚度、外环板宽度、梁柱线刚度比等重要参数对其工作机理的影响规律。在试验研究和理论分析的基础上,提出套筒式中空钢管混凝土叠合柱-H型钢梁外环板节点抗弯承载力、抗剪承载力实用计算方法及荷载-位移、弯矩-转角恢复力模型,并形成相关设计条文,以期为有关工程应用和设计规程的制订提供参考。
