Large opening spoke-wheel-type cable supported grid structure is a new type of self-balanced hybrid spatial structure deriving from string structure. It takes the advantages of the grid’s high compression capability and cable’s high tension capability. It is composed of the upper rigid grid structure with a large opening and lower spoke-wheel-type cable-strut system. The cable-strut system supports the grid structure which works as compressive ring. The structure is strengthened by the inner radial truss..By the combination method of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and engineering practice, the project plans to study the large opening spoke-wheel-type cable supported grid structure system and its analysis method. The efficient and rational composition forms of spoke-wheel-type cable supported grid structure is first investigated and the inner force mechanism behavior is revealed. The optimized structural control parameters and form-finding method are inspected. Construction method is investigated from multi-angel and multi-aspect. Site test and numerical simulation are compared to verify each other. Resistance of progressive collapse is studied to clarify failure mechanism behavior, distinguish the key components and its control parameters..The above work will provide theory foundation and technology support for the practical engineering of large opening spoke-wheel-type cable supported grid structure. Furthermore, practical verification on project will give the example of efficient, material-saving green structure. This project will promote the development of new structure.
大开口车辐式索承网格结构是一种起源于张弦结构,充分发挥网格结构受压能力强,高强索受拉能力强各自优势的一种新型自平衡杂交空间结构。以刚性网格结构为上弦,车辐式索杆体系为下弦,中部结构缺失不连续呈大开口状,车辐式索杆体系支承上弦刚性网格,用上弦刚性网格作为压环,整体结构通过内环带桁架加强。项目拟采取理论分析、数值仿真和工程实践相结合的方法对大开口车辐式索承网格结构体系及分析方法展开系统研究。项目研究大开口车辐式索承网格结构体系高效合理的结构构形,揭示结构内在受力机制;高效形态研究获取结构优化的控制参数及合理找形分析方法;多方面多角度研究结构的合理成形方法及步骤,现场实测与数值模拟相互印证;研究其抗连续倒塌性能,明晰结构失效机理,确定关键构件及控制参数。上述研究为该新型结构体系的推广应用提供理论基础和技术支持,在实际工程平台给予验证,提供高效、节材的绿色建筑结构示范,促进新型结构的发展。
