Hyperlipidemia with lipid metabolism disorder, injuring the function of vascular endothelial cells and brain, and effecting the neurons in cognitive function obviously. Hyperlipidemia harm the human health. Lycopene have strong antioxidant capacity, in our previous research ,we have found that lycopene could regulate the blood lipid, it also could protect the vascular endothelial cells and maintained the normal morphology of hippocampal neurons and the action effect of lycopene is better than Fluvastatin . In our project, we will study by three aspects. ①Damage effects of cerebrovascular and neurons induced by hyperlipidemia; ②The does-effect of lycopene to resist the injuries of cerebrovascular and neurons induced by hyperlipidemia; ③The mechanisms of lycopene to resist the injuries of cerebrovascular and neurons induced by hyperlipidemia. The result of this research can provide systematic evidence in the further study of the brain chronic metabolic diseases and brain injury, also it provides the new idea on prevention of Cardiovascular disease and scientific basis for development and clinical application of lycopene. This research has important scientific and social significance. Until today, Similar studies of our country and overseas have not been reported.
高脂血症脂质代谢紊乱,损伤血管内皮细胞功能和脑组织,对神经元及认知功能有明显影响,对人类健康危害极大。番茄红素具有较强的抗氧化能力,我们前期研究的结果表明番茄红素能调节血脂代谢,保护血管内皮细胞和保持海马神经元的正常形态,且作用强于氟伐他汀钠。本项目将从①高脂血症致脑血管、神经元损伤效应;②番茄红素抗高血脂症致脑血管、神经元损伤的剂量效应;③番茄红素抗高脂血症致脑血管、神经元损伤的机制等三方面进行,其结果将为深入研究脑部慢性代谢性疾病及抗脑损伤研究提供理论依据,为心脑血管疾病的防治提供新思路,为番茄红素的开发和临床应用提供科学依据;具有重要的科学意义和社会意义。目前没有查到国内外专家开展类似研究的报道。
