不确定信息下一类联盟结构合作对策通用形式及分配理论

In the Belt and Road uncertain environment, a fuzzy and multilevel cooperation relationship is always formed between the enterprises, so a fuzzy coalition structure cooperative game is constructed. It is of important theoretical and practical meaning to take research on the interval coalition structure cooperative game and its allocation theory. The generalized form of cooperative game with fuzzy coalition is proposed in this study, and its solution value is taken research. The interval coalition structure cooperative game under a certain constraint is built by incorporating the preference of players, fuzzy income and corporation risk. Based on the coalition structure cooperative game, interval number and preference theory, the solution relationship is analyzed, which is between interval coalition structure cooperative game and crisp cooperative game. Furthermore, based on the generalized form of cooperative game with fuzzy coalition, the theory of generalized interval coalition structure cooperative game is studied in the Belt and Road environment. Our work may provide a solution method for the restricted allocation problem in the uncertain situation, and may decrease the uncertain factor influence on the Belt and Road’s multilevel cooperation.

一带一路等不确定环境中，合作企业一般在模糊、多层次等复杂关系下结盟，形成模糊信息下的联盟结构合作对策，因此研究区间联盟结构合作对策及其分配理论具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本项目拟研究不确定信息下一类模糊联盟合作对策的通用形式及其分配理论，通过引入局中人结盟偏好、合作收益波动、合作风险等因素，建立具有一定约束限制的区间联盟结构合作对策形式。在此基础上，结合联盟结构合作对策、区间数与偏好理论，分析区间联盟结构合作对策的支付分配策略与传统求解方法之间的转化关系；基于模糊联盟合作对策通用形式，构建一带一路背景下允许局中人部分参与的广义区间联盟结构对策理论体系。本项目将为不确定环境下具有一定合作限制的收益分配问题提供决策方法支撑，降低一带一路背景下不确定信息对多层次合作稳定性的影响。

一带一路等不确定环境中，合作企业一般在模糊、多层次等复杂关系下结盟，形成模糊信息下的联盟结构合作对策，因此研究一带一路背景下联盟结构合作对策及其分配理论具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本项目研究一带一路背景下企业走出去的联盟结构合作模式及分配策略，主要是瞄准一类模糊联盟合作对策的通用形式及其求解方法，并且在此基础上引入局中人结盟偏好、合作收益波动、合作风险等因素，建立具有一定约束限制的联盟结构合作对策通用形式，探索不确定信息下合作对策求解方法与传统求解方法之间的转化关系。.三年来，我们按照原项目研究计划要点进行了研究工作，并认真执行了原项目申请中各年度研究计划，重点开展了模糊联盟合作对策的通用形式、广义区间联盟结构合作对策通用形式、基于广义区间联盟结构合作对策的收益分配策略及相关供应链联盟应用的研究。项目成果主要集中在以下方面：一类模糊联盟合作对策通用形式、一带一路等信息不完全背景下联盟结构合作对策、一种资源投入不确定情形下的合作博弈形式及收益分配策略、模糊联盟合作对策与联盟结构合作对策结合——模糊联盟结构合作对策、区间联盟结构合作对策理论体系、优先联盟的联盟Shapley值分配策略,等等。与此同时，项目组还完成了一些理论结合实际应用的成果，例如：在低碳供应链中的应用研究。.在本项目支持下，项目组发表学术论文20篇，包括被SCI收录7篇，国内重要期刊论文11篇，以项目申请人为第一作者发表论文17篇、其中被SCI收录5篇。本项目已取得成果可为一带一路等不确定环境下的收益分配问题提供决策方法支撑，提供符合实际需要的对策分析模式和切实可行的收益分配策略，降低不确定信息对合作稳定性的影响，具有广泛的应用前景；同时一定程度上增强了模糊合作对策的通用性，丰富、完善模糊合作对策理论，具有一定的理论价值。
