Due to the fact that the rapid development of wireless communications and the deteriorating electromagnetic environment, airborne VHF communication equipment is susceptible to interference induced by high intensity radiated fields (HIRF). This project proposes to study the interference effect and mechanism of VHF communication equipment caused by HIRF through numerical simulation and experiment analysis, and obtain the analytical method of HIRF interference effect within the intentional overlap. The researches are including: (1) study the coupling mechanism of the VHF communication equipment; (2) establish the 3D full-wave mathematical model and the 2D equivalent circuit model of the VHF communication equipment to study the HIRF coupling characteristics and shielding effectiveness, and obtain the analytical method of HIRF interference effect within the intentional overlap; (3) ascertain the sensitive circuit units inside the equipment, and obtain their interference mechanism and the threshold through numerical simulation and experiment analysis. The project can provide high efficiency analytical methodology for the structural design and HIRF protection compliance demonstration of the airborne equipment.
无线电通信的快速发展以及电磁环境的日益复杂,使得民航机载VHF通信设备更容易受到高强度辐射场(High Intensity Radiated Fields, HIRF)的干扰。本项目针对机载VHF通信设备,通过HIRF耦合通道研究、仿真分析和实验验证手段,研究其在HIRF作用下的干扰效应与机理,获得“有意重叠区”频段设备的HIRF干扰效应分析方法。研究内容包括:i)机载VHF通信设备HIRF耦合机理研究;ii)建立VHF通信设备的三维全波仿真模型和二维等效电路模型,研究设备的电磁耦合特性和和屏蔽体的屏蔽效能,研究VHF通信设备的HIRF干扰效应仿真分析方法;;iii)梳理设备信号通道关键易损单元电路,通过数值仿真和实验验证相结合的方法,研究其在典型应用环境下的干扰机理,得到其干扰阈值。从而为机载电子设备的结构设计和HIRF防护验证提供高效的分析工具和指导。
本项目针对机载VHF电台,通过数值仿真分析和实验验证手段,研究了其在高强辐射场(HIRF)作用下的干扰效应与机理,获得了设备HIRF防护符合性仿真分析方法和试验验证方法。本项目的研究工作主要包括:(1)建立了VHF通信设备的三维全波电磁仿真模型和二维等效电路模型,研究了设备的电磁耦合特性和和屏蔽体的屏蔽性能,获得了针对性的屏蔽优化方法;(2)采用仿真方法研究了VHF通信设备的HIRF干扰效应和机理,得到了信号参数对设备损伤的影响和规律性结果以及抗电磁干扰加固方法;(3)数值仿真和实验相结合,研究并获得了低噪声放大器在典型应用环境下的干扰机理及干扰阈值。通过本项目的研究,可为机载电子设备的结构设计、HIRF防护符合性试验验证方法和仿真分析方法提供理论指导。
