Security stability controls are effective control means to assure security economic operation of power system . How to acquire control strategies with high speed and precision is the key of implement security stability control. For this reason, systematic algorithms for determining security stability control strategies in larger power systems are comprehensively and deeply studied in this project. The main contents and contributions are as follows:.1).The fast algorithms for optimal parameter section problems which constraint function contain the high dimensional differential-algebraic set of equations are proposed. .2). The problem of emergency control for security stability of power system is described as optimal parameter selection problem where the total control cost is minimized subject to transient angle stability and frequency stability constraint. A systematic algorithm for determining the optimal controls in multi machine power systems is presented by the control parameterization method. The basic principle of the aogorithm is to calculate the gradient of both objective function and the constraint functions, and to transform the optimal parameter selection into a mathematical programming problem, then to slove it by sequential quadratic programming method. Compared with the trial and error method, the proposed algorithm not only can greatly reduce the computation time, but also the control cost can be saved and the control accuracy can be improved..3) A systematic emergency control strategy-making algorithm based on the integral sensitivity is presented. It can coordinate kinds of controls, and get more efficient strategy with less cost. This algorithm could be be content with the demand of online controls. .

研究约束函数中含有高阶微分代数方程组的最优参数选取问题的计算方法,特别是研究该类问题中目标函数和约束函数梯度的算法。研究大规模动态电力系统最优参数选取的系统化计算方法,使之能够用于大量地、成批地进行安全稳定控制的样本计算。研究大规模动态电力系统最优参数选取的快速算法,使之能够满足安全稳定预防控制紧急控制在线计算的要求
