Th1和Th2细胞一直是免疫学研究的核心问题。近年来,随着越来越多新分子的发现,人们对于Th细胞分化的分子机制的认识逐渐加深。由于Th细胞分化调节的精巧性和复杂性,仍有许多问题有待于解决。我们希望在我们实验室近些年工作的基础上,借助cDNA array和proteomics这两种高通量的基因筛选方法,结合体内外功能实验,寻找一些关键性的调控分子,如细胞因子,趋化因子及其相关受体,信号转导分子和转录
