基于雌苞结构及其演化关系的苔类分类系统

本课题选择具代表性及在系统排列中具关键地位的苔类植物标本作为材料，通过对雌苞进行石蜡切片，显微镜下观察和分析各植物雌苞的结构、组成成分及其起源，将雌苞分成不同类型，将具有相同或相异雌苞特征的苔类不同类群的系统关系进行重组和归类, 选择出苔类演化系统表的排列原则，然后确定各大类苔类植物之间的系统演化及亲缘关系。对某些系统位置较难确定的疑难类群如单片苔目（Monocleales）、囊果苔目（Sphaerocarpinales）和光苔科（Cyathodiaceae）等目科属的归属作出调整, 最终排列一新的苔类系统表，以期更接近苔类植物的自然演化过程，在苔藓植物系统发育研究方面取得突破。
