中国资本市场的发展与管理问题研究

In recent twenty years， capital markets have played more and more important roles in the world economy. Capital market's supervision and risk management have become one of the most important subjects all over the world. In this project， by using econometrics and financial engineering methods， we studied the connotation and characteristic of generalized capital markets and mutual mechanism between capital markets and economy development. We also brought forward the ways and means about how China economy development corresponds with the generalized capital markets .From market system、organization system and supervision system and other point of view， we systemically researched the basic problems of China capital market， especially the China capital market development and risk management. As the result of this study， we brought forward systemic solution ways to the generalized capital market and China economy， which has important theoretic and practical meaning as to facilitating the concerted development between the generalized capital market and China macro economy.

本项目运用经济计量等理论和方法，研究资本市场内涵及资本市场与经济发展的互动机制；提出中国广义资本市场与中国经济协调发展的措施、办法。从多维角度，对中国资本市场的发展过程中的问题，尤其是中国资本市场的管理和风险防范问题，运用金融工程等理论，提出系统化的解决方案。对于中国资本市场与经济的协调发展，具有重大的理论和现实意义。
