Semi-flexible pavement is a kind of new pavement type in the world. The paper study on micro-structure, mixture design, mixture and measure method of cement and pavement performance and construction quality control for semi-flexible pavement .the result shows that the mixture design method of semi-flexible pavement suggested is proper, the semi-flexible pavement has superior resistance rutting at high temperature, and anti-fatigue and resistance oil performance, and it has better anti-cracking performance at low temperature and better moisture susceptibility .the fluidity of cement mortar is suggested , it can be used to control cement mortar . Through using polymer emulsion to improve cement mortar performance, it is new idea .the fill ratio is suggested to control construction quality of semi-flexible pavement. The paper study on performance and mixture design method cement emulsion asphalt mixture, the result shows that cement emulsion asphalt mixture has superior performance.
通过建立半柔性路面材料组成结构模型,引入复合材料原理,从微观、细微观、宏观三个层次深入研究性能优良的半柔性路面所具有的材料组成结构要求,分析强度形成机理,在此基础上提出以嵌入和填充相结合的配合比设计方法,并对其路用性能进行评价,研究水泥浇浆流动度测定方法和评价指标,探索半柔性路面施工工艺质量控制指标。..
