It is a great significance to research the on-line design and 3D simulation system of knitting products based on the “Cloud Computing Technology (CCT)”. As the development of the internet technology, the traditional knitted fabric system cannot meet the needs of synchronal on-line design, rapid simulation for complicated patterns and real time 3D display. But all of these can be realized by utilizing the CCT. The online design and 3D simulation system of knitting products based on CCT is the inevitable trend of the integration of knitting technology and internet technology. In this project, the regulation of loop deformation will be researched and the mechanical structure model of knitted fabric will be built based on 3D spring-mass theory. The microscopic features of fabric structure will be studied and the structural model will be established based on the particle system theory. Then the garment model can be achieved by mathematical analysis and parametric design. Moreover, the data allocation principle among the servers under the parallel computing mode is discussed. The data allocation will be established as well. The problems including less sense of reality, low speed simulation for complicated patterns and non-real-time virtual display, can be well solved by implementing the on-line design and 3D simulation system of knitting products based on CCT. The research on this project will provide scientific support and theoretical foundation for knitted fabric simulation, virtual display and on-line fashion customization.
研究基于云计算的针织在线设计与三维仿真系统具有重要意义,随着互联网技术的发展,传统的织物设计系统已不能满足多人同时在线设计,针织物复杂花型的快速仿真以及实时三维展示的要求,必须借助云计算来实现,基于云计算的针织在线设计与三维仿真系统是针织技术与互联网技术融合的必然趋势。本项目将研究针织物线圈的变形规律,建立基于三维弹簧质点的针织物力学结构模型;研究针织物线圈结构的微观特征,建立基于粒子系统的纱线结构基本模型,通过实验测量光照、重力等因素的影响进行数学分析和参数化设计,实现针织物基于纱线的服装模型建立;探讨并行计算模式下数据在各个服务器之间的分配原理,建立基于云计算的数据分配模型。基于云计算的在线设计与三维仿真系统解决了三维仿真真实感不足、复杂花型仿真速度慢和虚拟展示达不到实时性的问题,为针织物面料仿真、虚拟展示和服装在线定制提供了科学支持和理论依据。
随着计算机技术不断发展,互联网技术和针织技术的融合是突破传统针织物设计的必然趋势。本项目利用计算机技术对设计参数进行分析计算,并建立组织、纱线、花型等针织物数学模型。针对不同组织结构的针织物,研究织物的编织方式,揭示了针织物细观结构关系,建立了针织物三维网格模型。对针织物的细观结构进行深入研究,确定线圈参数和形变规律,建立基于弹簧-质点的针织物力学模型,模拟线圈形态变化。基于纹理映射方法,并对针织物表面光照等参数进行量化计算,实现更为真实的针织物模拟。对针织物产品模型的空间关系进行了研究,建立了平面模型与立体模型之间的空间坐标关系,实现了针织物从平面到实际产品的三维仿真。.本项目建立了基于互联网的在线针织物仿真系统,解决了针织物三维仿真真实感不足、针织产品虚拟展示效果不佳等问题。该系统将数据储存于云端,可满足多人同时在线设计,突破地域和设备限制,为设计人员提供便捷条件,同时也为针织服装的虚拟展示和在线定制提供了理论依据和科学支持,具有较好的应用价值。
