Soil organic carbon and nitrogen pools are closely related to the soil productivity, and it is a hotspot of soil science study. How to artificially control the formation process of paddy soil carbon and nitrogen to increase soil carbon and nitrogen fixation and accumulation rate is an important research direction. Aiming at the issues that the accumulation and the formation mechanism of soil organic carbon and nitrogen pools under the condition of long-term combined application of organic with inorganic fertilizers are not clear, this project will study the effects of the different combination ratio of organic and inorganic fertilizers on the relationship between carbon and nitrogen input rates and decomposition with total soil carbon and nitrogen reserves, as well as the transformation process and coupling relationship of soil organic carbon and total nitrogen and the protection function of soil aggregate through analysis on the soil samples of past years from long-term location-fixed experiment, the soil cultivation experiment and field experiment et al. It would be expected to illuminate the formation mechanism of soil organic carbon and nitrogen pools under long-term combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizers from the aspects such as physics, chemistry and biology so as to provide theoretical basis and data support on reasonably regulating paddy soil organic carbon and total nitrogen, reducing environmental pollution and realizing agricultural sustainable development.
农田土壤碳、氮库变化与农田生产力密切相关,是现代土壤学研究的热点科学问题。能否通过人为方式调控稻田土壤碳、氮过程来增加土壤碳、氮固定和积累,是目前研究的重要方向。本项目针对有机无机肥不同比例配施条件下有机碳库和总氮库累积和形成机制不明确等问题,利用长期定位试验,通过分析历年土壤样品和采用土壤培养试验和田间试验等方法研究有机无机肥不同比例配施对土壤碳、氮输入和分解与储量之间的关系、有机碳和总氮的转化过程和耦合效应以及团聚体的保护作用等方面的影响,以期从物理、化学、生物等方面揭示出长期有机无机肥不同比例配施条件下稻田土壤有机碳库和总氮库的形成机制。旨在为合理调控稻田土壤有机碳库和总氮库、减少环境污染、实现农业可持续发展提供理论依据和数据支撑。
