新基因PCMAG1调控人肺癌转移的作用机制研究

本课题是在前期工作的基础上，对新近获得的肿瘤转移相关基因PCMAG1（暂命名）进行深入系统地研究。应用本室建立的成熟的肿瘤转移研究平台分析其与肿瘤转移恶性表型的相关性；通过大量的临床标本筛查，探索该基因用来预测肿瘤转移倾向及预后的可能性；并利用蛋白质相互作用的策略寻找与之相互作用的蛋白质，探讨其促进肿瘤转移的作用机制。
