An effect and trend of coordinated development of energy-intensive industries (metallurgy, chemical, building material, power plant), which are linked by eco-industrial chain, comes to appear under construction of circular economy in the areas of rich energy and mineral resources. Based on the data from the process of energy saving and emission reduction, coordinating effect and its change may be quantitatively studied. From perspective of industrial cluster, with the aim to adjust and optimize the energy saving and emission reduction effect of regional, the coordinating effect of circular economy and optimization of the energy-intensive industries will be studied in the progress of energy saving and emission reduction. Contents and methods of research are as below: the internal and external coordinating effects models of energy-intensive industries' circular economy development are built with perspective of comprehensive performance; influence factors are analyzed based the energy saving and emission reduction progress and statistical data; adjustment, optimization and simulation of the internal and external coordinated effects models are studied; The circular economy development mechanism and countermeasures of cooperative game and supply chain of energy-intensive industries are studied from the perspective of industry Coopetition.The innovative points are: firstly, the coordinating effect models of circular economy and optimization will be built; secondly, the study will be carried out in the dynamic environment of energy saving and emission reduction progress. The significance of project is to find out the pattern and way to realize the circular economy coordinating development of energy-intensive industries in progress of energy saving and emission reduction, and provide theory reference for the distract with rich energy and mineral resources and the large enterprise group of mineral resources to formulate and implement sustainable development strategy and plan.
能矿富集地区高耗能产业群(冶金、化工、建材、火电)在循环经济建设过程中以生态产业链为链接呈现出协同发展的效应和趋势。通过产业节能减排进程的统计数据可以量化研究协同效应及其演变。本项目基于产业集群视角,以调节优化区域节能减排效应为目标,研究高耗能产业群在节能减排进程中的循环经济协同效应及其协调优化问题。研究内容和方法是:从体现循环经济特征的综合绩效视角构建高耗能产业循环经济发展的内外部协同效应模型;基于节能减排进程和统计数据实证分析影响因素;仿真研究协调优化内外部协同效应的模型;从产业竞合角度研究高耗能产业群循环经济博弈和供应链协同机制和对策。创新点为:一是构建循环经济发展的协同效应及其协调优化模型;二是在节能减排进程的动态环境中研究。研究意义是探索高耗能产业群在节能减排进程中实现循环经济协同发展的规律和路径,为能矿富集地区和大型矿产企业集团制定和实施可持续发展战略和规划提高理论依据。
我国能矿富集地区高耗能产业群(冶金、化工、建材、火电)在循环经济建设过程中以生态产业链为链接呈现出协同发展的效应和趋势,在新时期,通过创新驱动来增强这一效应和趋势非常重要。通过产业节能减排进程的统计数据和案例资料可以量化研究协同效应及其演变。本项目基于产业集群视角,以调节优化区域节能减排效应为目标,研究高耗能产业群在节能减排进程中的循环经济协同效应及其协调优化问题,关注并分析创新驱动在这一过程中的促进作用。. 开展的主要研究内容和所运用的方法有:(1)从体现循环经济特征的综合绩效视角构建高耗能产业循环经济发展的内外部协同效应模型;(2)基于节能减排进程,通过案例分析和统计数据实证分析影响因素;(3)按照产业-企业-产品的研究主线,通过仿真研究,构建并实证产业和企业内外部协同效应的协调优化模型、协同创新网络模型、产品节能减排协同效应的技术和管理体系及价值流评价模型等;(4)从产业竞合和创新驱动的角度研究高耗能产业群循环经济协同创新网络运行机制、供应链协同管理机制和对策。. 取得的研究成果有:(1)发表期刊论文29篇,其中,CSSCI期刊论文7篇、北大核心期刊论文16篇(包括7篇CSSCI,录用2篇)、其他核心期刊和EI收录论文12篇、录用3篇;(2)撰写专著2部,分别在科学出版社、经济管理出版社出版;(3)参加国内外学术会议交流论文17篇,其中国际学术会议5篇(包括EI收录1篇)、国内较有影响的学术会议12篇;(4)培养硕士研究生14名,外国博士留学生1人,其中,已毕业7名硕士研究生和1名外国博士留学生。. 研究成果对于探索高耗能产业群在节能减排进程中实现循环经济协同发展的影响因素、规律和路径,为能矿富集地区和大型矿产企业集团制定和实施可持续发展战略和规划具有一定的理论价值和科学意义,为培养高层次人次作出了一定的贡献。
