构建CTMPrP的真核表达载体,研究CTMPrP抑制细胞和神经元依赖微管的物质运输,并定位研究CTMPrP抑制细胞运输发生的部位;构建带有CTMPrP和PrP N段序列的双表达载体载体,了解PrP N端肽对CTMPrP分子在细胞运输过程中的竞争抑制作用,为Prion疾病发病机制和治疗研究提供一定的科学依据。
