The first member of Lower Cretaceous Laiyang group which is located in the northeast of Jiaolai Basin, is about 100~400m thick and contains high organic matter,Au, Ag, Cu, Pb, Zn and As. It is composed of terrigenous detrited rock and it is the ore-bearing bed of pengjiakuang gold deposit and Songjiagou gold deposit discovered recent years. Sampled 25 pieces from ore, surrounding rock and interbed to analysis the fluid inclusions, CO2 and organic inclusions are discovered. Sampled 10 pieces to analysis the molecular structure of organic compounds with FT-IR, the signals of -NH2、-CH3、-CH2、CNS- in the ore are found out. Sampled 15 pieces from ore and stratum to analysis through heating, the signals of -NH2、-CH3、-CH2 are also discovered. Sampled 14 pieces of individual minerals (pyrite, quartz and galena) from ore to analysis with PH5300X, C is discovered in all the samples, C and N in five samples which exist in and PdCN in one. On the basis of field survey, sedimentology study, thin section and polished section indentification, ore microscopy study, characteristics study of ore deposits and geochemistry study, the results can be concluded as follows: (1)The terrigenous detrial rock of the first member of Lower Cretaceous Laiyang group in Jiaolai Basin is in fact hydrocarbon-gold double-sources bed. It supplies sources of ore and mineralizing agents to gold deposits and it is also the ore-bearing reservoir. (2)The organic matters in hydrocarbon-gold double-sources bed is mineralizing agent in metallogentic process. The organic matters and forming water are the main conditions of forming stratabound gold deposit and intensely mineralizing. (3) The mineral deposit model is established. (4)Two target points and three target areas for deposit exploration are pointed out.
