基于中医临床大数据的名老中医诊治慢性肾脏病经验挖掘方法的应用研究

Famous Veteran Doctors of TCM are the outstanding representatives of the academic development of TCM (Traditional Chinese medicine). Their academic thoughts and clinical experience are the performance concentration of academic essence and theoretical characteristics of TCM. How to inherit and develop the experience of famous veteran doctors of TCM scientifically and regularly is an urgent problem to solve now. This project is based on the large clinical data of TCM for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease by famous veteran doctors of TCM in real world, then, combining with the characteristics of personalized diagnosis and treatment of famous veteran doctors of TCM, a stable and robust knowledge base of kidney disease of TCM is established; based on the knowledge base, the collected data are processed by multisource heterogeneous, and a structured and standardized CKD data warehouse for diagnosis and treatment of is constructed; Mining and complex network analysis method to study the experience of famous veteran doctors of TCM is researched, then, mathematical statistics, frequent pattern, scale-free network analysis method are integrated, finally, the frequent itemsets and analysis results of scale-free network between the different stages of CKD and the "syndrome - prescription - drug - efficacy" with each other of nephritis and renal failure are extracted. Multi angle exploration of the CKD method for the diagnosis and treatment of famous veteran doctors of TCM and the individualized diagnosis and treatment and the rule of drug use in "treating different diseases with the same method, existing differences in the same therapy", a combination of retrospective and prospective validation studies is adopted, the basic principles and rules of TCM syndrome differentiation are revealed, and the experience of famous veteran doctors of TCM is summarized and inherited.

名老中医是中医药学术发展的杰出代表，他们的学术思想和临证经验是中医药学术精华与理论特质的集中体现，如何科学与规范地继承、发展名老中医经验是当前迫切需要解决的问题。本项目基于名老中医诊治慢性肾脏病(Chronic Kidney Disease, CKD)真实世界中医临床大数据，结合名老中医个性化诊治特点，建立稳定、健壮的中医肾病知识库；以知识库为基础，对收集的数据进行多源异构处理，构建结构化、标准化的中医诊治CKD数据仓库；研究名老中医数据挖掘与复杂网络分析方法，融合数理统计、频繁模式、无尺度网络分析等方法，提炼CKD整体与不同分期以及肾炎、肾衰的“证-方-药-效”之间的频繁项集与无尺度网络分析结果，多角度探索名老中医诊治CKD大法与“异病同治，同中有异”的个体化诊疗及用药规律，采用回顾性与前瞻性验证研究相结合的方式，揭示中医辨证的基本原理与规律，总结与传承名老中医经验。

中医肾病学界经过多年来的发展和总结，形成了多种特色疗法，通过多年临床实践证实，中医药在防治慢性肾脏病(Chronic Kidney Disease, CKD)中有一定的优势，CKD作为中医药优势病种，在一体化治疗中发挥着重要作用。江苏省中医院肾内科作为全国中医肾病医疗中心、区域中医（专科）诊疗中心，在肾系疾病诊疗方面积累了丰富的经验，名医荟萃，学术带头人为国医大师邹燕勤教授，学科带头人江苏省名中医孙伟教授。本项目选取江苏省中医院肾内科的真实临床诊疗数据，融合数理统计、频繁模式、复杂网络等分析方法，辅助专家咨询，多角度探索名老中医诊治CKD大法及用药规律，总结与传承名老中医经验。本项目构建了中医药诊治CKD知识服务平台，为科研人员、医务工作者等提供中医药诊治CKD知识查询与知识挖掘服务，帮助用户更好的发现和提炼中医诊治CKD特征以及“证-方-药”的相关关系，明确中医药治疗CKD诊疗规律，为中医药治疗CKD临证经验研究提供数据与方法支撑。
