Food safety has direct impact on human health and plays a very important role in the economic development and social stability. In view of the serious situation of food safety in our country and inherent requirement for collaborative quality control of food enterprises in supply chain, the new way of solving the problem of food safety quality chain is discussed from the perspective of synergetics. (1) Internal state parameters and external state parameters for food safety quality chain are designed. Using the information entropy based on the differences of each state parameter value, comprehensive evaluation for food safety quality chain coordination system is achieved. Rough set attribute reduction method based on information entropy is studied and order parameter is calculated quantitatively from many state parameters which is the dominance of subsystem state. Based on correlation analysis and regression analysis method, effectiveness and sensitivity of the order parameter is studied. Fluctuation and balance of food safety quality chain system are controlled accurately using order parameters. (2) Main goal of food safety and quality chain companies and Pareto optimal solutions of multiple targets to achieve the optimal decision attributes are studied. A food safety quality chain collaborative conflict model is established. Based on the utility function, Nash negotiation strategies and bayesian decision method, the conflict negotiation process is studied and consultation solution set is achieved to resolve conflicts and maintain food quality and safety. (3) Taking dairy products safety problem as an example, empirical study and application is made. The coordination problem of food safety quality chain is studied from the perspective of conflict resolution and collaborative model building for the first time. This project not only has strong theoretical innovation significance in quality management and supply chain management, but also has strong practical guiding significance.
食品安全是一个直接影响人类健康并对经济发展和社会稳定都有十分重要作用的问题。鉴于我国食品安全问题的严峻形势以及食品供应链上多企业主体协同进行质量控制的内在要求,本课题拟从协同学的视角探讨解决食品安全质量链问题的新思路。首先,构建食品安全质量链系统投入状态参量和产出状态参量,根据各项状态参量值的差异程度,对食品安全质量链协同系统进行综合评价,利用基于信息熵的粗糙集属性约简方法定量计算序参量,并分析序参量的有效性和灵敏度,准确利用序参量控制食品安全质量链系统涨落和平衡性。其次,研究建立食品安全质量链协同冲突模型的方法,并研究基于效用函数、Nash协商对策和贝叶斯决策方法的冲突消解方法以提高系统的协同水平;最后以乳制品安全问题为例进行实证研究。本课题首次从冲突消解和协同模型构建的视角研究食品安全质量链的协同问题,不仅在质量管理和供应链管理理论层面上具有创新意义,而且具有较强的现实指导意义。
为了研究并控制食品质量链的运行,对食品质量链协同演化进行分析,阐述食品质量链协同的内外部动因,对食品质量链协同维度进行研究,包括质量链协同研究中常用的主体维度和过程维度,以更能体现食品质量链协同机理的内容维度进行食品质量链协同研究,并依此确定食品质量链系统的协同要素。根据确定的食品质量链协同要素构建食品质量链状态参量体系;提出基于灰色关联度和属性约简算法的序参量求解方法;基于参量贡献度的协同有序度对食品质量链系统协同水平进行评价;对基于序参量的评价结果与基于状态参量的评价结果进行相关性分析,验证序参量的选取是否有效。进一步进行了实证研究,证明了相关研究方法的可行性。. 根据模糊直觉perti网模型元素定义,以乳制品为例,结合乳制品质量链特性,提出直觉模糊Petri网在乳制品质量链建模中的形式化定义和建模方法。根据质量链关键链节点的条件和特征,通过TOPSIS模型,从乳制品质量链众多链节点中选取19个影响产品最终质量的关键链节点。根据乳制品质量链IFPN建模规则,用库所表示选取的关键链节点、变迁表示模糊推理关系,设置质量链中的模糊推理规则和各自的置信度,构建出乳制品质量链模型。运用直觉模糊推理算法进行正向推理对乳制品质量链中质量冲突进行预测,防范冲突的发生;并探讨为把乳制品最终质量的发生可能性控制在一定水平内的控制措施,分别从控制投入品采购环节质量、控制市场监管环节质量等方面入手进行推理计算;对乳制品质量链实施逆向推理即冲突诊断,便于当出现质量问题时及时发现冲突缘由。
