Enterprise 2.0 is also called Web2.0 in enterprise. Its application is transforming the mode of knowledge sharing and innovation in the organizational teams. Individual knowledge sharing has shifted from "have-to" to "want-to" , the team innovation has shifted from a closed model to an open model. However, the success of Enterprise 2.0 requires organizational rationality and control. Drawn upon the Structuration Theory and adopting the Multi-level approach, this research project aims to establish a multi-level model of knowledge sharing and innovation in R&D teams of our country and reveal the underlying mechanism. At the macro-level, this project tends to combine the advantages of Enterprise 2.0 and traditional team structure design and systematically proposes three team structure designs to stimulate knowledge sharing and innovation in R&D teams, including informal Enterprise 2.0 enabled social group construction, formal interdependence design and transformational leadership. At the micro-level, this project tends to analyze the cross-level impacts of the aforementioned team structure designs on individuals' essential cognition and affection from the Social Identification perspective. Such a multi-level model reflects the Top-down and Bottom-up interactions between individuals and team structures. This project will adopt both case study and survey methods to empirically validate and improve the theoretical model. This research will make substantial contributions to the fields of Enterprise 2.0 enabled team design, social identification and knowledge management, etc. The results will provide important managerial implications for the innovation management in R&D teams.
企业2.0也称为企业级Web2.0,其应用正在变革企业团队的知识共享和创新模式,个人知识共享由被动趋向自发,团队创新从封闭式趋向开放式。然而,成功的企业2.0需要企业的理性控制。本项目以结构化理论为基础,利用多层次建模方法,旨在构建面向企业2.0的我国研发团队知识共享与创新多层次模型并分析其内在机理。宏观层次,本项目结合企业2.0环境与传统团队结构设计,系统凝练三种团队知识共享与创新激励机制,即社会化群体构建、正式化相互依赖设计和变革型领导力;微观层次,本项目从社会身份识别的角度,解析三种机制对研发人员的认知与情感所产生的跨层次影响关系;本多层次模型揭示了团队结构与个体之间的上下互动关系。本项目将结合案例研究法与问卷调查法对模型加以验证和和完善。本研究将对面向企业2.0的团队设计、社会身份识别与知识管理等领域做出重要的理论贡献,研究成果对我国企业研发团队创新管理具有重要的管理启示。
本项目以结构化理论为基础基础理论,旨在探讨面向企业2.0的知识共享与创新多层次模型并分析其内在机理,涉及宏观层次的企业战略导向、中观层次的团队结构设计、以及微观层次的员工社会心理活动。本项目已从以下四个方面展开研究:(1)企业知识管理与创新战略的形成;(2)知识共享与创新激励机制、设计与评价;(3)个体的社会身份识别过程;(4)线上线下的知识共享网络。项目得出以下基本结论:在先进的ICT技术推动下,WEB2.0在企业中应用是企业创新的重要推动力;在此过程中,企业首先要建立主动的技术创新战略意识和变革意识,这决定了企业的知识管理方向以及信息基础建设;团度在结构设计上应考虑相互依赖的结构设计;这些宏观和中观层面的设计将影响个体的社会身份识别过程、小众网络群体的形成和构建,从而影响个体的知识分享和创造;企业的知识能力将决定企业的创新力。项目已取得多项成果,发表学术论文13篇,其中5篇已被或将被SCI/SSCI索引,多项项目成果已在国际顶级会议上宣讲;形成企业报告2份,并公开报告。本项目成果受到学术届和企业届的高度赞扬。
