The robustness of the active/passive hybrid mass damper (HMD) for structural vibration control has been generally focused on in engineering application under the strong excitations (strong wind and earthquake). This proposal puts forward variable parameter (variable stiffness and variable damping) strategies to limit the inertial mass stroke under strong excitations while keeping the optimal control effectiveness. This project firstly analyzes the influence of variable stiffness and variable damping on the stroke and the control effect of the HMD system, and analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the variable parameter HMD control system considering the effects of the piecewise nonlinear. Then, based on the electromagnetic induction principle, the project develops an HMD control system model with variable parameter. Determines the dynamic model of HMD system with variable parameters. Then, the project build real-time hybrid testing platform of HMD control system. The control performance of the HMD system with variable parameter strategies is verified through the real-time hybrid test under the excitation of variable intensities. Finally, the design criteria and design method of the robust HMD control with variable parameters is established, considering the influence of piecewise nonlinear property. The research will improve the robustness of HMD system under excitations with various strength level.
针对高柔结构(超高层/高耸结构)振动控制的主被动混合调谐质量阻尼器(Hybrid Mass Damper, HMD)在工程应用中被普遍关注的强激励(强风、小震)下HMD鲁棒性问题,本项目提出采用变参数(变刚度、变阻尼)策略限制其在强激励下的行程,并基本保持其最优控制效果。本项目首先分析不同强度激励下HMD控制系统变刚度和变阻尼对其行程和振动控制效果的影响规律,并考虑其分段非线性的影响,分析变参数HMD控制系统的动力特性;然后基于电磁感应原理设计研制一种变参数HMD控制系统试验模型,并分别测定变参数元件和变参数HMD系统的参数;之后搭建HMD控制系统实时混合试验平台,通过不同强度激励下的变参数HMD系统实时混合试验验证其在强激励下的限位性能和控制效果;最后考虑分段非线性影响建立变参数鲁棒HMD控制设计准则和简化设计方法。本项目研究可为提高HMD控制系统对不同强度激励的鲁棒性提供理论支持。
