集群企业的网络化行为与探索性创新：诱导机制、演化机理及其对集群升级的影响研究

This research aims to analyse how firms' networking, induced by firms' strategy and environment, influence exploratory innovation in the context of clusters, and how the innovative element diffuse in the network to promote the upgrading of the clusters. We discuss the interactive correlation mechanism between firms' networking and exploratory innovation, analyse the contingent effect of technological environment, marketing environment, institutional environment and firms' network potentials, summarize the mechanism of how the strategy and environment induce firms to exploratory innovate , bring forward the synergistic evolutionary path of firms' networking and exploratory innovation, and study the transmission of innovative element in the cluster, by the method of social network analysis, case study, survey, and simulation. The research findings can not only enrich the theory of firms' network, resource management and organizational learning, but can also produce feasible ideas of converting innovation strategy and promote the innovation efficiency. Further more, this research gives suggestions on making public policy for government.

本课题研究集群企业如何在战略和环境诱导下通过网络化行为推动探索性创新，并经由网络扩散带动集群升级的过程与机理。课题运用社会网络分析、案例研究、大样本调查、仿真等方法，探讨集群企业网络化行为与探索性创新之间的互动关联机制，分析技术、市场、制度等环境以及企业网络位势的权变影响，在此基础上探索集群企业探索性创新的战略和环境诱导机制，以及集群企业网络化行为与探索性创新之间的协同演化路径，研究探索性创新要素在集群网络中的传导路径和机理，提出促进我国产业集群升级的对策与思路。本课题的研究成果不但为丰富企业网络、组织学习、创新管理等相关理论提供思路；同时为集群企业转变创新战略和提升创新效率，以及为政府制定公共政策提供理论依据和策略建议。

当今在“创新驱动发展”的中国转型经济背景下，传统产业集群如何升级和提升竞争力是关系到我国经济可持续发展的重大问题。目前，我国地方产业集群普遍遇到了发展的瓶颈，为避免落入衰退，集群内必须有领先企业摆脱路径依赖开展探索性创新，并通过集群网络争取和分配创新资源、培育创新能力，进而实现创新知识在群内的扩散与协同，最终促进集群整体的主导产品、主导技术或是主导价值链功能环节发生质的变化，也就是实现集群的升级。本课题研究集群企业如何通过网络化行为推动探索性创新，并经由网络带动集群升级的过程与机理。本课题运用案例研究、社会网络分析和大样本调查等方法，探讨了集群企业网络化行为的位置嵌入、关系嵌入等特征对探索性创新的影响效应，进而分析了集群企业网络化行为与探索性创新之间的互动关联机制，分析了网络位势、环境要素的权变影响，并结合纵向案例研究剖析了集群企业网络化行为与探索性创新之间的共同演化规律和路径。本课题组重点调研了十多个产业集群，并进行了多轮问卷调查，通过实证分析研究了集群企业网络化行为影响探索性创新的方式、路径、机制，并运用仿真方法刻画了探索性创新要素在集群网络中的传导路径和机理，最后，提出了促进我国产业集群升级的对策与建议。本课题的研究成果不但对丰富产业集群、企业网络、组织学习、创新管理等相关理论作出贡献，同时也为集群企业提升创新效率和转型升级，以及政府制定公共政策提供理论依据和策略建议。
