The entire electrical system has been evolving towards to an intelligent entity with more flexible ancillary services for consumers and utilities. The “smart grid” empowers the utilities and the consumers to realize new ways of operation and participation in the power industry. Microgrid is regarded as the support and prerequisite for distribution automation and intelligence. The object of this project is to research the protection and control system in microgrids based on active reconfiguration. Dependent on the active reconfiguration of the modular electrical devices, the optimized operation states can be realized, such as the optimal reactive power compensation, best harmonics reduction, optimal power flow, least generation cost, the optimal reliability of power supply etc. In the project, the active reconfiguration capability will be treated as an optimal unit commitment problem, which should be realized automatically by energy management system (EMS) and protection system together in the microgrid. Then, the research will try to implement the automatic protection and control system with artificial intelligence and data mining to make microgrid develop toward to a strong intelligent entity.
整个电力系统已经开始向一个智能化的实体发展演化,为消费者和公用事业提供更加灵活的辅助服务。“智能电网”将使公用事业和消费者能够在电力行业中实现崭新的运营和参与方式。而微电网或微型电网被认为是未来配网自动化以及智能化的有力支撑和先决条件。.本课题主要研究基于主动重构运行的微电网智能保护和控制系统。依靠系统中模块化电气设备的主动重构功能,优化微电网的运行状态,如无功补偿最优,谐波最少,潮流最优,发电效益最优,供电可靠性最佳等。在研究中将主动重构问题转化为机组组合的最优化问题,并由EMS能量管理系统与保护系统配合,自动完成系统重构。在此基础上,进一步尝试将保护和控制系统与人工智能、数据挖掘等技术有机结合,使微电网系统的控制运行走向高度智能化。
此青年基金项目针对具有主动重构功能的智能微电网系统进行研究,通过电力电子变换器的不同运行模式与电气开关的连接状态,调整与改变微电网的运行状态。在此研究内容的基础上,对城市中微电网的重构运行进行了探索。通过将线性规划与长短期记忆模型配合使用,对基于电力电子变换器的微电网重构运行进行了仿真验证,得到了较好的结果。长短期记忆模型针对负荷数据进行训练与预测,线性规划针对优化目标建立数学模型以得到优化计算结果。..相关数据与结果有一篇会议文章发表:H.
