农民合作社内部信任及其对绩效的影响研究

The development of farmers cooperatives is very fast, but the role of its function in rural agricultural economic development has not yet fully played out. The main reason is the lack of trust within farmers cooperatives, making it difficult to real cooperation, thus affecting the farmers cooperatives play its economic function. Existing studies had failed to explain the internal trust affects the mechanism of farmers cooperative performance improvement, the reason is that the internal trust on farmers cooperative performance have not been analyzed thorough enough. So on the basis of theory of trust within the organization, the methods of questionnaire survey,quantitative analysis,case study,semi-structured interviews ,comparative analysis method and so on are used to explore the features and mechanism of the internal trust in the farmers cooperatives, analyzes the structural characteristics and inducement of the internal trust in the farmers cooperatives, analyzes the influence and effect for the internal trust to the performance of farmers cooperatives, finds out the influence factors of the internal trust, and ultimately provides the solution to intensify the internal trust in the farmers cooperatives, and to improve its performance, and then provides the decision basis for the government to lead and support the development of the farmers cooperatives.

农民合作社发展速度很快，但在农业农村经济发展中的作用尚未完全发挥出来。其主要原因在于合作社内部缺乏信任，使其很难“真正”合作起来。现有研究未能有效解释内部信任影响农民合作社绩效提升的作用机理，其关键在于针对内部信任对合作社绩效的影响效应的分析不够透彻。本课题将利用组织内部信任理论，采用问卷调查与定量分析法、案例研究、半结构化访谈、比较分析法等方法，研究我国农民合作社内部信任的结构特征及嬗变机理，分析内部信任对合作社绩效的影响机理与效应，明晰内部信任的影响因素,科学回应和解答内部信任对农民合作社绩效的形成和提升的影响，以及农民合作社可以通过适当的机制来培养内部信任以提升合作社绩效的假设。最后提出面向绩效提升的内部信任优化机制，为引导和支持农民合作社的发展提供决策依据。

农民合作社是实现乡村振兴与巩固脱贫攻坚成果最有效的组织之一，近年来合作社发展速度迅速，但其绩效还有待提升。如果合作社没有绩效或绩效不高，则其就会消亡或转化为投资者所有企业，而内部信任又是影响组织绩效的主要影响因素，由此，需要考虑内部信任是否会对兼有企业与共同体双重属性的合作社绩效也会产生影响？课题组重点研究农民合作社内部信任对绩效的影响程度，首先，界定了农民合作社内部信任结构内涵及类型，剖析出我国农民合作社内部信任嬗变机理；其次，依据双重绩效内涵构建出农民合作社绩效指标体系，并利用层次分析法测量其绩效结果；再次，构建农民合作社内部信任指标体系，计算其权重及水平，并探究出其具体影响因素及程度；从次，利用结构方程模型分析出内部信任对农民合作社绩效的影响效应；最后，在上述研究基础上，提出优化农民合作社内部信任机制的实现路径及保障措施。.通过具体分析合作社内部信任的内在机理及其影响合作社绩效的程度，可以进一步丰富组织信任问题的基础研究，促进和推动我国合作社理论的形成和发展，为提升合作社内部信任和绩效提供理论建议。
