In recent years,issues of technology innovation for major construction projects in China have drawn a great attention with the continual increase of infrastructure investment scale.The failure of innovation is not always because that the technology itself is at fault,instead,there are more occasions that it is the managerial problems that caused by the technology innovation lead to the failure.Therefore,the organizaitonal synergy matching the technology innovation is the realistic requirement.This study will explore the technology innovation networks for major construction projects,analyze the key synergetic elements of technology innovation as well as their mechanism of action,design the synergetic mechanism of technology innovation networks and construct the operation model of synergetic mechanism,besides,it is going to give some advice on how to promote the implementation and optimization of the synergetic mechanism through doing empirical study on the application of synergetic mechanism of technology innovation networks,thereby improving the level and ability and efficiency of technology innovation for major construction projects.
