The studies covered from the gas-powder-spray three phase impinging fluidization to the trajectory and superficial mass transfer characteristics of single high frequency oscillating droplet. By the first time, the oscillation curve of single particle and the mass transfer experimental results of a single droplet with a precision of millionth milligram were obtained by improved EDB method. The experimental results of the particle velocity, the voidage distribution and the entrainment of particles in jet streams show that the main mechanism of the reaction enhancement is the coexistence of high-speed mixing and impinging in the system. Four papers have published and obtained good international attention. The manufacture method of calcium phosphate by means of phosphoric acid spray fluidized bed and the technology of gas-powder-spray three phase double-effect scrubbing of DAP exhaust were developed. They are supported by the national "863" (Hi-Tech Research and development) program for industrialization. One Ph.D student and three Master students worked on this project and graduated. The cooperation was established in the area of micro-particle mass transfer phenomena with the international authoritative research institute of aerosol science.
首次提出气-粉-雾三相撞击流态化反应新体系,探索颗粒碰撞振荡条件下的液固相化学反应改善自阻缓效应的微观机理与方法。建立多粒种非连续介质状态空间动力学模型,表达碰撞现象、机械能耗散与化学反应速率的关系。研究结果将提供一个新的液固相反应机理,形成一个快速反应体系,并为颗粒-流体多相流集成化加工工艺提供理论基础和实践依据。
