动脉粥样硬化是一种发病率很高的慢性心血管疾病，本申请拟发展一种新的抗动脉粥样硬化DNA疫苗，通过与壳聚糖形成纳米颗粒和粘膜免疫，长期对脂蛋白代谢进行调节，以达到控制动脉粥样硬化和促进动脉粥样硬化消退的目的。
