For the environment protection and energy conservation, H2/CH4/CO mixed gas as an kind of alternative fuels has got more and more attention in the application of international combustion engine.It not only has great academic significance but also wide application prospects to conduct research on the characteristics of combustion and emissions of internal combustion engine fueled by H2/CH4/CO mixed gas .This applicatin project consists of the following research aspects:mainly by constant volume combustion bomb and combining the analysis of experimental data, research on the H2/CH4/CO mixes gas's characteristic parameters such as flammability limit,quenching distance,laminar burning speed and so on;taking an electronic controlled injection, turbocharged lean burn CNG engine as the prototype engine, research the characteristics of combustion and emissions of the internal combustion engine fueled by H2/CH4/CO mixed gas.The above researches has great significance both on the further research,development and application of engines fueled by H2/CH4/CO mixed gas and on our country' energy security and environment protection.
为了环境保护和节约能源,H2/CH4/CO混合气体燃料作为替代能源,在内燃机中的应用越来越受重视。开展H2/CH4/CO混合气体燃料内燃机燃烧和排放特性研究,既具有十分重要的学术意义,又具有广阔的应用前景。本申请项目主要开展三方面研究:以定容燃烧弹为主要研究手段、结合实验数据分析,研究H2/CH4/CO混合气体燃料可燃极限、淬熄距离、层流燃烧速度等物理-化学特性;以电控喷射、增压稀燃天然气发动机为原型机,开展H2/CH4/CO混合气体燃料内燃机燃烧特性的实验和理论研究;开展H2/CH4/CO混合气体燃料发动机排放规律研究。以上研究内容对于H2/CH4/CO混合气体燃料发动机的研发及推广应用、对我国能源安全及环境保护具有重要意义。
本项目在H2/CH4/CO混合气体燃料内燃机燃烧特性、排放规律等方面开展了较为系统深入的研究:针对H2/CH4/CO混合气体燃料,通过发动机台架试验,系统开展了空燃比、点火提前角、转速、负荷、燃烧室结构及压缩比等不同因素条件下热效率、放热率、最大有效压力、平均指示有效压力、稀燃极限、循环变动等稳态和瞬态燃烧参数特性、影响因素及其变化规律的研究,获得了H2/CH4/CO混合燃料内燃机的燃烧特性、动力性和经济性等关键数据。通过H2/CH4/CO混合气体燃料内燃机台架试验,系统开展了空燃比、点火提前角、转速、负荷、燃烧室结构及压缩比等不同因素条件下NOx、总碳氢THC、甲烷CH4和CO的排放特性、影响因素及其变化规律的研究,获得了H2/CH4/CO混合气体燃料内燃机的排放数据。本项目在H2/CH4/CO混合气体燃料内燃机燃烧特性、排放规律等方面开展了较为系统深入的研究。.本项目共发表了SCI论文5篇、出版英文专著一章,申报了两项发明专利。
