前期的研究我们发现补体攻膜复合物(MAC)可刺激人肾小管上皮细胞(TEC)表达共刺激分子B7-H1并调节T细胞功能,首次证明了天然免疫可通过共刺激分子调T细胞免疫。然而MAC刺激B7-H1表达的分子机理尚未清楚。已有的研究表明NF-κB在MAC所激发的各种效应中处于核心地位,并发现NF-κB p50-/-树突细胞B7-H1表达也受影响。因此推测NF-κB可能参与MAC诱导的B7-H1表达。本文拟体
