康复是一缕阳光——脑卒中患者社区/家庭康复指导

脑卒中后患者遗留的运动、言语、认知、吞咽ADL及心理等功能障碍需要长期的康复训练，患者回归社区/家庭后的康复训练和重要。目前，还没有可供脑卒中患者回归社区/家庭的有效康复指导途径。我们前期承担的国家自然科学基金项目研究表明：每天给患者的康复训练能促进脑功能的重建；同时，我们还在自然基金中研究了不同的训练量、训练时间对脑卒中恢复是不一样的。为了更好的通过科普项目宣传，发挥科学基金支持基础研究成果的作用。本项目拟采用脑卒中患者及其家属、社区康复工作者等作为视频中人物，以他们的康复历程为主线，制作《康复是一缕阳光——脑卒中患者社区/家庭康复指导》“专题电视科普节目”视频并推广应用。相信该视频会对广大的脑卒中患者，在社区/家庭生活中通过科学规范的康复指导训练，使丧失的功能不断改善，最终提升他们的独立生活能力，提高他们的生活质量，同时减轻社会和家庭的负担，具有重要的社会意义。

已经完成视频拍摄剪辑等工作、正在进行视频后期制作的修整；课题同名的科普读物“康复是一缕阳光”，由于出版社的要求，专题片的截屏图谱欠清晰，已启动重拍照片的过程中；.已经出版科普书一本“脑卒中康复图谱”；.已完成上海电视台纪实频道的纪录片“康复科的爱与愁”，在电视台重复播放2次以上，收到了很好的社会效果；.课题组成员积极做好各项推广工作：举行学习班向医务人员进行康复医学及脑卒中康复的理念教育，参加电视台的《名医大会诊》脑卒中专题节目、走进社区及卫生热线等进行脑卒中康复与防治的宣教，参加残联的各项活动进行“助残”及脑卒中防治的宣教等。
