This research indicates the interference existing in the flow through rotating-stationary cascades. The extent of the flow interference is mainly due to the operating points and the state of internal flow. In this research, numerical simulation for 3-D viscous flow is applied to overcome the difficulties of numerical analysis of flow interference at partial load. Moreover, when the flow interference deteriorates, the problem of the cavitation raised by flow separation, the vibration and the flaws in vane are also discussed. Base on the hydraulic characteristics of the viscous turbulence in power plant, the location of the cavitation has been accurately predicted and its causation has also been specified through the numerical simulation, furthermore, the measure for improvement is provided and now the test for improving the runner is carrying out in the power plant. In addition, our research on the pressure fluctuation in draft tube and the effect of vibration are highly commented. During the research, 10 papers have been published in journals including 3 papers recorded by EI. And in the 3 published international conference papers, 2 papers have been listed in ISTP. So far, there are also 4 papers is under publishing by several journals. This achievement of the research has been introduced into 2 applied projects: the first one is the 3-D viscous numerical simulation for the cavitation of Francis runner, which has been applied in the project of improving the cavitation performance of the runner in 1# unit of Dan Jiangkou Plant; the second one is the development of online monitoring system for hydroelectricity units, which is applied on the 2# unit of Bai Lianhe power plant. The total expense of the 2 research is 0.5 million RMB.
在国内外大型水电站中,发生水涡轮剧烈振动,叶片在运行中产生贯穿性裂纹,导致叶片脱落、毁坏水轮机的重大事故时有发生。本研究对水轮机固定、活动导叶、转轮多重动静环列叶栅之间的非定常流动进行数值解析:分析不同工况下转轮叶片的水力特性、流动干涉及产生的压力脉动。探讨叶片裂纹的产生、发展过程,提出预防和处理裂纹的措施,为电站安全运行提供理论依据和技术服务。
