循环经济系统超越边界问题研究

The development of circular economy needs to going beyond system boundaries and expand to a larger area. System boundary problem is currently attached great importance in circular economy research field.From the system boundary perspective, this research put forward the problem of going beyond boundaries of circular economy system(CES), which currently has not been put forward at home and abroad. Comprehensively applying the theory of systematology, organization, innovation, institutional isomorphism, industrial ecology and circular economy, and introducing the research method of system dynamics, cluster, Jieke theory and principal and component analysis, this research will establish the comprehensive research framework and develop the following contents: the generation and operation mechanism of CES, the driving factors and mechanism of going beyond system boundaries of CES, the degree of openness of CES, the factors and action mechanism of boundary barrier of CES, and synthetical evaluation of boundary barrier. Based on these research, aiming at the actual operation conditions of our country's CES, this research will further examine and provide the concrete tactics for removing boundary barrier factors. The research output will be helpful to perfect the theory of circular economy and industrial ecology, and provide basis of theory, method and policy for circular economy practice of our country. At the same time, it will be also useful to provide references for developing the research relate to system boundary problem in other research fields.

循环经济的发展需要超越系统边界，向更大范围扩展。系统边界正受到当前循环经济研究领域的关注。本研究从系统边界的视角，提出目前国内外尚未提出的循环经济系统的超越边界问题。综合运用系统论、组织理论、创新理论、制度同构理论、产业生态和循环经济理论，引入系统动力学、界壳论、主因子和聚类分析的研究方法，构建综合研究框架，对循环经济系统边界的产生与运行机制、循环经济系统超越边界的驱动因素和驱动机制、循环经济系统边界的开放度、循环经济系统边界障碍因素与障碍作用机制、边界障碍综合评价开展研究。在此基础上，结合我国循环经济系统运行的实际，研究并提出消除边界障碍因素的具体对策。此研究成果有助于完善循环经济和产业生态理论，为我国的循环经济实践提供理论、方法和政策依据。同时，也有助于为其它领域中涉及系统边界问题这一重要科学问题的研究提供借鉴。

循环经济系统的边界问题是循环经济实践中面临的一个共性问题。超越边界、向更大范围扩展的问题已成为该领域研究者日益关注的一个重要科学问题。本研究从系统边界的视角，对国内外尚未提出的循环经济系统超越边界问题展开系统研究。主要研究内容包括：循环经济系统边界的产生与运行机制、循环经济系统超越边界的驱动因素和驱动机制、循环经济系统边界的开放度、循环经济系统边界障碍因素与障碍作用机制、循环经济系统边界障碍综合评价以及消除循环经济系统边界障碍因素的对策研究。本研究系统阐述了循环经济系统边界的作用和定义，揭示了边界在实践中运行变化的机制；建立了能够定量表征循环经济系统超越边界的演进过程及揭示驱动因素和驱动机制作用的系统动力学模型；识别归纳了循环经济系统在超越边界的实践中存在的障碍因素及其障碍作用并进行了分类；综合运用层次分析法和主成分分析法建立了循环经济系统边界障碍的综合评价方法；建立了表征区域循环经济系统边界开放度的模型；提出了消除循环经济系统边界障碍的对策。该研究为循环经济系统超越边界问题研究建立了理论和方法体系，有助于完善循环经济和产业生态学理论并推动循环经济的实践，可为运行中的循环经济系统揭示其通过不断超越边界、完善共生关系所取得的成效以及识别驱动因素和驱动机制在整个超越边界演进过程中的作用和变化情况，判断其在当前演进中的面临的关键边界障碍因素以及比较不同障碍因素的障碍程度，衡量区域循环经济系统与区域外部建立共生关系的程度及动态变化的趋势，并为循环经济实践中有针对性的制定消除边界障碍因素的对策，推进循环经济系统演进的决策提供科学依据。
